Humanists, Students to Share Joint Conference May 29 - June 1
"Humanism: The Next Generation" is the theme of Free Inquiry's
next annual conference, which will be held May 29 through June 1 at The Center for Inquiry International,
Amherst, New York. It is a joint conference of Free
Inquiry, the Humanist Association of Canada,
and the Bertrand Russell Society, also
incorporating the annual Assembly of the Campus
Freethought Alliance.
This groudnbreaking international conference will explore ways to promote humanism to
new generations while it applies humanistic principles to the challenges of the next
century. "Humanism: The Next Generation" will bring together activists from the
USA and Canada ... from college and university campuses across North America ... and from
humanist organizations worldwide. Scheduled speakers include:
Founded in 1995, CFA has received extensive press attention and is already the largest
student humanist movement in North American history.
