On September 11th one year ago, a terrible attack on the United States claimed the lives of thousands of Americans and hundreds of citizens from other countries. As we pause to reflect on the senseless loss of life, the Council for Secular Humanism wishes to express our sympathy to the families, friends and partners of those who died. We grieve for all the innocent victims who perished ~
And we reserve a special place in our hearts for those among them who have all but been forgotten - the non-religious.
